All orders are shipped through reputed courier services. If your location is not serviced by our regular partners, we will ship the order via Shipway.

Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails on all attempts, the package will be returned to us. To re-ship the order, additional shipping fees will apply.No refunds will be provided for undelivered shipments after 30 days from the order date.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us within48 hours of receiving the delivery notification to initiate an investigation. Craftsbite and our delivery partners are not responsible for lost packages if notification is delayed beyond this timeframe.
