SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping:

• A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders priced up to ₹999.
• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1000.

International Shipping:

• Currently, international shipping is not available. We plan to offer this service soon, so stay tuned for updates!

Shipping Providers:

• All orders are shipped through reputed courier services. If your location is not serviced by our regular partners, we will ship the order via India Post.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Within Pune and Mumbai: 3-5 working days
• Rest of India: Up to 7 working days.

Important Note:

• Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails on all attempts, the package will be returned to us. To re-ship the order, additional shipping fees will apply. No refunds will be provided for undelivered shipments after 30 days from the order date.
• If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification to initiate an investigation. Craftsbite and our delivery partners are not responsible for lost packages if notification is delayed beyond this timeframe.
